Why I launched Chapel Hill Advisors

After two decades leading pricing transformations and commercial growth at leading firms including McKinsey, GE, and Blackstone, I launched Chapel Hill Advisors with a simple goal: to help organizations unlock the power of pricing and strategy to drive strong, measurable, and profitable growth.

Too often, I saw companies underprice their value, miss favorable macroeconomic trends, lose share to savvier competitors, or overlook hidden margin leaks in their price waterfall.
